در اعتراض به صدور و اجرای احکام اعدام در ایران، ۳۶ تشکل از کشورهای مختلف با ارسال بیانیه لی که ترجمه و متن اصلی آن را در زیر میبینید، از دولتها و سازمانهای جهانی خواستند تا با فشار مستمر و عملی رژیم جمهوری اسلامی را مجبور به توقف اعدامها کنند.
این بیانیه، در تاریخ هفدهم ژانویه ۲۰۲۴، توسط کمیته آزادی زندانیان سیاسی، که از امضا کنندگان بیانیه میباشد، به دولت‌های اروپایی، دولت کانادا، نیوزیلند و آمریکا و همچنین اتحادیه اروپا، پارلمان اروپا و سازمان ملل و گزارشگر ویژه سازمان ملل در امور ایران ارسال شده است.
همچنین در ادامه هفته جهانی اعتراض علیه اعدامها که از تاریخ ۱۳ الی ۲۰ ژانویه در کشورهای مختلف برگزار میشود، کمیته آزادی زندانیان سیاسی از افکار عمومی خواسته است تا در این هفته علیه اعدامها اعتراض کنند.
از شما دعوت می‌کنیم از هر طریق ممکن در ایران با تجمع در مقابل زندان و در سایر کشورها با تجمع و فشار به دولتها علیه اعدام این قتل عمد دولتی اعتراض کنید. در هفته جهانی علیه اعدامها در ایران صدای زندانیان محکوم به اعدام و خانواده هایشان را به گوش دنیا برسانیم.

اعتراض فوری به اعدامها در ایران
به: دولت‌های سراسر جهان، سازمان ملل متحد، اتحادیه اروپا و پارلمان اروپا
ما امضا کنندگان این بیانیه، به شدت نگران از افزایش نرخ اعدامها در ایران هستیم.
رژیم اسلامی در ایران از چندین سال پیش اعدام را به عنوان یک وسیله برای سرکوب و مجازات معترضین بکار برده است. در سال‌های اخیر، اعدامها به طرز چشمگیری افزایش یافته است. این روند نگران‌کننده به ویژه پس از اعتراضات سال ۲۰۲۲ و کشتن مهسا (ژینا) امینی قابل مشاهده است. دست کم صد نفر از بازداشت‌شدگانی که بر اساس اتهامات ساختگی در اعتراضات دستگیر شدند به اعدام محکوم شده‌اند. در سال ۲۰۲۳، سازمانهای حقوق بشر حداقل ۸۰۰ اعدام را ثبت کرده‌اند، این آمار شامل افراد دستگیر شده به اتهامات مرتبط با مواد مخدر نیز میباشد. این میزان اعدام نشان‌دهنده افزایش ۳۰ درصدی نسبت به سال گذشته است، و به این ترتیب ایران بالاترین نرخ سرانهٔ اعدام به نسبت جمعیت را در جهان دارد.
میزان این اعدامها بالاخص در شرایطی که توجه جهان به جنگ دولت اسرائيل و حماس معطوف شده‌است افزایش یافته و رژیم از این فرصت استفاده کرده و روزانه زندانیان را اعدام میکند.
سیستم قضایی در ایران یک سیستم عادلانه نیست، زیرا هیچ روند قانونی متعارفی وجود ندارد. افراد متهم به ارتکاب جرم، اغلب از حق داشتن وکیل مناسب محروم شده و در دادگاه‌هایی نمایشی محاکمه می‌شوند. رژیم به طور مکرر به شکنجه زندانیان برای اخذ اعترافات اجباری و دروغین، و استفاده از اتهامات بی‌پایه علیه مخالفان سیاسی برای توجیه حکم‌های اعدام می‌پردازد. یکی از موارد حکم اعدام آقای مجاهد کورکور است که به جرمی که ارتکاب نکرده بود محکوم شده است. حتی والدین سوگوار قربانی، کیان پیرفلک، یک کودک نه ساله، علنا و بارها بی‌گناهی مجاهد را تصدیق کرده‌اند و گفته اند کیان در سال ۲۰۲۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی رژیم به قتل رسیده است.
ما از دولت‌های سراسر جهان، سازمان ملل ، اتحادیه اروپا و پارلمان اروپا میخواهیم که اقدامات فوری و ملموسی را انجام دهند تا رژیم ایران را مجبور به لغو حکم‌های اعدام و توقف تمامی اعدامها کنند. ما معتقدیم که جامعه بین‌المللی مسئولیت حفاظت از حق حیات و پایان دادن به اعدام را برعهده دارد.

STATEMENT
Urgent Appeal to Stop Executions in Iran
To: Governments worldwide, the United Nations, the European Union, and the European Parliament
We, the undersigned, are profoundly concerned about the escalating rate of executions in Iran.
The Islamic regime in Iran has long used executions as a means of suppression and punishment for dissent. However, in recent years, the rate of executions has dramatically increased. This alarming trend is particularly evident since the 2022 protests and the tragic death in custody of Mahsa (Jina) Amini, and over a hundred detainees sentenced to execution based on fabricated charges. In 2023 alone, rights organizations documented at least 800 executions which encompass individuals imprisoned under drug-related charges. The rate indicates a 30% increase from the previous year, making it the country with the world’s highest execution per capita. The rate of execution particularly has increased while the world’s attention is on the Hamas-Israel conflict, and the regime uses this opportunity to execute prisoners daily.
The judicial system in Iran is not a fair one as there is no due process. Those accused of committing a crime are often denied proper legal representation and are tried in kangaroo courts. The regime frequently resorts to torturing prisoners to extract false confessions and uses groundless charges against political dissenters to justify their execution sentences. One particularly appalling case is that of Mr. Mojahed Kourkour, sentenced to execution for a crime he did not commit. Even the grieving parents of the victim, Kian Pirfalak, a nine-year-old child, publicly and repeatedly asserted Mojahed’s innocence, confirming that Kian was shot dead by the regime’s security forces in 2022.
We respectfully urge governments worldwide, the United Nations, the European Union, and the European Parliament to take immediate and tangible actions to compel the Iranian regime to overturn these execution sentences and halt all executions. We firmly believe that the international community bears the responsibility to safeguard the right to life and put an end to capital punishment.
