حكم حبس براى دو دانشجوى كرمانشاهى: پارسا كرمانيان و عليرضا حيدرى
روز سهشنبه 31 ارديبهشت ماه جلسهي رسيدگي به اتهام پارسا كرمانيان(كرمانجيان) و عليرضا حيدري ، دانشجويان چپگراي دانشگاه آزاد كرمانشاه مبني بر "تبليغ عليه نظام" در شعبه 1 دادگاه انقلاب كرمانشاه بهصورت ويژه برگزار شد و باهنر، قاضي پرونده در احكامي مشابه هريك از اين دو دانشجو را به تحمل يك سال حبس كه پنج ماه از آن بهمدت پنج سال به حالت تعليق درميآيد محكوم كرد.
اين دادگاه بدون حضور وكيل و بهصورت غيرعلني برگزار شد. هر دو دانشجو بدون حكم كتبي و اطلاع قبلي و بهصورت تلفني به دادگاه انقلاب فراخوانده شدهبودند كه در آنجا در جلسهاي بسيار كوتاه بدون حق داشتن وكيل و بهصورت غيرعلني به تحمل حبس محكوم ميشوند.
اين دو دانشجو پس از برگزاري مراسم روز دانشجو در 16 آذر ماه 1386 در دانشگاه آزاد كرمانشاه و در موج دستگيريهاي گسترده در آذر و دي 86 دستگير شده و مدتي را در سلولهاي انفرادي اطلاعات سپاه كرمانشاه گذرانده بودند.
اتهام آنها مبني بر تبليغ عليه نظام" به دليل حمايت آنها از دانشجويان زنداني، اعتراض به قوانين تبعيضآميز عليه زنان، مخالفت با جنگ و انتقاداتشان به وضعيت اقتصادي و خفقان سياسي در ايران به آنها وارد شدهاست

Imprisonment judgement for two Iranian students: Parsa Kermanian and Alireza Heydari
The day tuesday 20th of May 2008, investigation court of Parsa Kermanian(Kermanjian) and Alireza Heydari's accusation, students of Islamic Azad University of Kermanshah, basis on "Propagandism against Islamic System" in first branch of "Islamic Revoloution's court of Kermanshah" has been occured, and Bahnoar, the judge of the dossier has convicted each one of these students to endurace 1 year imprisonment in Dizelabad prison of Kermanshah, which 5 months of that suspensing for 5 years.
This court has occured in unobservable form and without presence of students attorney.
Every two students have been recalled to the court without a summon and previous warning, and there in a short session, without the right of having attorney and presence of correspondents convicted to imprisonment.
This two students because of Celebrating 5th of December(16th of Azar) the Students day in Iran, in the spread wave of preventions in December 0f 2007 have been prevented and spent 9 night and day in individual cells of "Intelligance Organization of Sepahe Pasdaran of Kermanshah".
Accusation of them, basis on "Propagandism against Islamic system" is because of their protection from student prisoners, objection to biasful rights against women in islamic rulership, opposition against war, and their objecting to economic disastrous situation and political strangulation in islamic government.
